Some 300 French students of agronomy, forestry, environmental sciences and related subjects observe KKL-JNFs activities throughout Israel, thanks to collaboration with the France-Israel Foundation.
Programs for the student delegations that visit Israel include a whole day devoted entirely to KKL-JNF, with visits to various sites around the country.
“The students get to know another side of Israel – one that isn’t shown in the international media,” explained Aély Haccoun, Managing Director of the France-Israel Foundation’s Israel office and the initiator of the delegation program. “The Foundation’s aim is to bring the two nations together and create joint projects shared by both countries.”
For most of the students, this will be their first encounter with Israel, and with KKL-JNF, too, of course. As far as KKL-JNF is concerned, this is an opportunity to display its varied activities and share
